My dear,
As far as STp is concerned nothing much special to mention. Its same as in caders , there is hostel in which u get room on sharing basis ( but a new hostel is almost nearing its completion) plus u get conveyance allowance and what else...umm...nothing much...what else u want? after stp in ministry u are entitled to a home also which u get on ur turn if u apply on time.
