If someone has beard, does this become an issue while joining FSP or any other group?

Who said this? Having beard is no issue at all for any group including FSP. I personally know some beard guys in FSP. According to merit ap jis group men fall kro gay woh group ap ko mily ga.

There are many officers in fsp with beard..am being one as well :P ... some even have bears according to sunnah i.e. long one...
