Default FSP guidance required

FSP seniors please reply me about following

Can FSP officers be posted as additional secretary or secretary of other divisions or they only confine to foreign office ?

What are promotion prospects in FSP, is it smooth like DMG or problems are there ?

What are chances of deputation like in FIA ?

what can be the minimum grade an FSP officer will retire if has average/good performance. What are chances of 21/22 ?

For these two points there is no need for a senior to answer. An informed junior like me is enough. FSP officers cannot be posted in other divisions as Additional Secretaries or secretaries. They are only confined to the foreign office. And no chance of deputation anywhere.

Unless offcourse you have a source like Zardari or Gailaani in their heydays who consider rules and regulations their paaon ki jooti.
