What is the merit to pull into FSP from Karachi?
I am asking about total marks.

The answer is not a fixed digit. Albeit, one should be among the toppers from all Pakistan or atleast Sindh(U) so as to be on the safe side for getting the desired group, FSP in your case.

the score required to get allocated in Foreign Service cannot be determined as the scoring is relative to every year's CE. What you can keep in mind is that to achieve FSP from Sindh U or R you have to be one of the top 10-12 candidates from Sindh. You should anyway target to be among the first 5 to get any of your desired group.
