Assalamualaikum

Dear, I am seeking help on an issue. can anyone help me with this. if there is any such notification of ML&C in which it is mentioned that retired government employees are exempted from the tax on the property wether occupied by themselves or rented out.

If anyone knows please let me know. i will be thankful.

ML&C depptt is not that much known to a lot of pakistanis but it is the most coveted depptt , as it is literally a living example of the proverb " rags to riches". A lot of ML&C officers (from very humble backgrounds at the time of their joining the said service) are now playing with millions. Here beside a lot of hidden and unofficial previlleges like cooks, house maids, sweepers ( ladies too), gardeners, drivers, staff car and so on , you can have excess to unlimited corruption in many ways. If you dont belief me ask my hero Arfeen.

2. where the stp of ml&cg is conducted ?

1. The salary is same as of BS-17 officer. But they have a lot of other non-monetary benefits associated with them.

2. The STP is conducted near R.A. Bazaar, Cantt Lahore.
