Default
Three of the 38th OMG Commoners visited our Ministry on attachment for 5 days. The Section Officers of our Ministry described to them how the machinery of Government works. Their outlook and attitude towards learning the COMPLICATED and TECHNICAL things were really plausible. The officers, seemed not aware with the complex financial structure of a Ministry, were keen to know these things and deemed it necessary to get a grip on things in just a go (which is somewhat impossible) .
