Default Welcome juniors

Dear OMG juniors welcome to the backbone of nation's prime policy making group.You will have alot of queries as we had but believe me you will be pleased to meet seniors who are occupying key posts.

STP is really enjoyable. Attachment days will be worth remembering.Feel free to ask any question.

I totally agree with Amjad....i was myself surprised to learn this....foreign postings (CC)....handsome salaries....scholarships......best and safe working conditions...and a lot more....

Dont listen to what others say....focus on your CTP ....enjoy and learn there....STP would be easy...

According to Mr Qureshi Rtd Fed Secretary a pre commoner from OMG said

OMG ,I think is one of the best service today.

Our seniors have warmly welcomed us and encouraged us a lot....
they said Sky Is The Limit....you can excel a great deal in this group....
Best for women....

I am working on getting the profiles and working experience of our seniors to share with our juniors....Inshallah i will post soon.
Regards

Default OMG and Women

@Freaky

It is best for women as its basic service is in islamabad. Environment is really encouraging for women.we saw ladies working in almost every division during our attachment, range from lower division clerk to secretary. Normally after 2 no one asks about female officers and they leave for home.

Well i have quoted one of my senior in that post, she said that it is a best service for women ....the working environment is safe and accommodating.You get to stay in Islamabad...and can have a settled life,and you also get so many opportunities to excel in your job....work place environment is really good which i have seen my self.If you dont like one ministry you can always leave that and go to place of your choice.

well accommodation in Islamabad is an issue ,you can find house for your self but it is expensive...there is another thing called hiring when you are given some 11,000 house rent....and you can get accommodation in women hostels as well....grade 17 officers are entitled for a house but there is shortage of homes.
If you get your first posting in Ministry of House and Works you might end up getting a accommodation within 2-3 months....
