Please suggest me & Advise me.
AD NAB is better or OMG Cadre, I Have just received a call from NTS for the test of AD NAB. Also there is chance of 100 % allocation in OMG. Should I go for it ? |

if you are in OMG , there is 100% chance that one day you will become Secretary. if you are in NAB/FIA, these are non-cadre departments and going beyond 19 scale is an uphill task. still appearing in the test would do no harm to you brother.

you are right, but in the longer run , i think OMG is better than NAB...but still you should appear in the test brother and decide after you have the offer letter from NAB
