Chance for allocation in omg for css qualified 2008-2011 urgent

Dears, Establishment division is considering merger of 300 teachers and other employees in OMG however Islamabad high court has given restraining order. These seats were not given to FPSC for allocation despite shortage of officers.Total 600 out of 900 odd seats are for css officers but right now only 150 are filled by them.300 are vacant.If you had qualified CSS 2008 to 2011 and could not be allocated, you can approach court that rather than allocating to CSS ,they tried to induct political favourites and your fundamental right is violated. One lady ofiicer Nergis Shazia chaudhry has been allocated to DMG in CSS 2008 although she was not allocated in original result.She approached court and got relief against women quota and was allocated. Write to secretary establishemt division and also go to court.establishemt division misquoted seats and gave only 50 seats each year although 500 seats were empty, only to manage politically appointed deputationists.

Your job is not only to study and wait for the luck to favor you, it is also your obligation to fight against nepotism. The one thing you can do is atleast raise your voice in the news papers, the writ petition filed by these OMG officers could be strengthened by filing more petitions as victims of this sheer injustice. Do you think establishment or court will consider the CSS qualified candidates (2008-2011)?? Because this news is about the serving officers who are suffering although we suffered too due to less number of seats announced previously. [B]However, we can only get benefitted if we all join hands in the cause.[/B]

Interesting news but it appears to be a far fetched idea that qualifiers shall be inducted in OMG.

Agr waiqi yeh bat sahi hai tu CSS qualifiers ko hi indcut kia jaiy, it is their right. No other one has the right to be inducted. Though it is a far fetched idea, but not impossible. Aj kal courts jis trah independntly decissions dy rahyihn is se ap log b faida otha skty hn. Agr ce 08-11 k qualifiers jointly effort krin tu they may get the benfit.

Dears, I can't disclose my identity but am at responsible position in establishment division. All unallocated from 2008 CSS onwards can go for it....But you people will have to join hands. If you are 20 people , you can hire a good lawyer in 2 lakh or three lakh.Go for it.Courts can do anything.They got allocated ladies in 38th commons who were not allocated in 37th commons due to wrong application of women quota. Go for it and ensure your right and merit.We will support your move in establishment division but we need a combined petition in supreme court for your right on the basis of these news items.........Rise for your right and merit.

OMG petition in Islamabad high court is [B][U]Mazhar Hayat VS Federation of Pakistan[/U][/B].... You can become a party. but ensure that you are in large number. You can also file petition in your respective supreme court benches by making these news items as your references.

Well my merit in overall list in CE 2011 was 450th and I am from Punjab. What is my chance in this regard..
