i've qualified written portion of section officer promotion exams pls give tips wd regards to interview for this specific job.

Dear, i have also qualified the same. I have discussed the methodology for preparation of interview with several S.O's and a D.S, who also qualified/passed. The only thing which we need is "confidence". As you know that we are all well aware with the responsibilities and duties of the post of S.O, hence not a big issue, i believe. However, following few suggestions to be revised are:-
1. ROB
2. Sectt instructions
3. Leave rules
4. Advances like HBA, CAR, M.cycle & GPF.
5. Current burning issues like Energy crises, Terrorism, Economic reforms
6. Pakistan relationship with neighbors and world powers.

lastly, about department/ministry and jobs performed during our service.
