Hello Everyone. I wanted to know that do PAS Officers get opportunities of Foreign training at BS 17 and BS 18 level? Are there opportunities of higher studies in this group?

Not as much as FSP, but they have a fair share of foreign training opportunities. Many PAS officers obtain scholarships independently. Many foreign universities are looking for people committed to public service in developing countries.
