Default Comparison between A.C.(IRS) and A.C.(PAS)?

Slam,
Let me know the very differece between A.C.(IRS) and A.C.(PAS) concerning perks, powers, authority, facilities and functions. Seniors members are requested to throw light on this question. Lots of thanks in anticipation!!

AC of PAS is different from AC of IRS. There is no similarity between the two as far as functions and other fringe benefits are concerned. AC (IRS) collects federal taxes whereas AC (PAS) collects Land Revenue and in some places Sales Tax on Services. However, AC of PAS is a general administrator of his/her subdivision. In some places, AC (PAS) performs the functions of a police officer and a judge while working as SDM. As a whole, AC of PAS has more power and perks than his IRS counterpart.
However, I would like to suggest that young aspirants should not divulge in such type of discussions as every officer has his/her well defined role and job which is important.

AC IRS also has his benefits as compared to PAS.
1. He gets more pay and bonuses
2. He gets postings in his district/ home city also for 12/13 years too.
3. The future of IRS is bright. IMF n other organizations give this dept huge weightage.
4.Very less political pressure as compared to Intense pressure 24/7 of PAS AC
5. There is no personal life in PAS, no casual leaves. An IRS AC can enjoy personal life like other ppl.
Inshort, An IRS AC can serve in his home town in peaceful work environment with better salary, very less pressures and with perks like Car and house also.
PAS AC is very powerful and famous in his tehsil but that power has a price.
