Default What are the problems PAS officers face??

MAoa Seniors.
I have heard that PAS officers have meagre salaries like 45K even less than IRS and Customs not to even mention great salaries of FSP. They serve out of provinces and in under developed areas. They face alot of political pressure and dont have time for personal lives. Police has more power and FSP has more facilities than PAS.Then why PAS is still no 1 preference for 80 percent candidates?

It is very strange that just because of 1 factor i.e Power, people prefer PAS over better salaries, less pressure, home districts or even Perks of FSP.

What good power is if one has no time for his ownself?? Poor salary?? Efforts to be in good books of politicians? Ragraa in hard hit areas? Intense pressures

Depends on what a person wants for his life. If a person wants to devote his life in aiding these areas, then PAS is a dream job. Depends on a lot more things. PAS imho is still the top choice for anyone who wants a real CSS based career. Others may disagree and they have their right and reasons to.
