No, ACO is just like a coordinator sitting in DCO office while the ACs use the nomenclature of SDM (Sub Divisional Magistrate). For Instance there is one ACO while 7 SDMs in Swat district. Same goes for other districts of Malakand Division.

Well, Sir I am not going to condradict you time and again but I am afraid, the situation is quite contrary to what you say. SDMs have been appointed in Malakand only while the rest of KPK is devoid of such a system. Besides, I do have first hand info because I am from District Swat and have a civil services (PCS Executive) family background .

ACs of DMG group on very first appointment gets which perks and privileges and what is his salary at that time?

please i need a detailed answer.

This is precisely my point.In rest of KPK,District Administration officers do not have magisterial powers,while in Malakand District,the SDM's,as you have pointed out,have magisterial powers and the Levies are under the DCO.And that too I think,only in the district Malakand.In other districts of Malakand,we do not have magisterial powers.Same holds for the rest of KPK

It depends on their province of posting. for example in Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and Balochistan they get double salary (around 70,000) where as in Punjab the salary is 35,000 + 80% of basic salary = approx 50,000. Moreover in Sindh,KPK and ICT their salary is around 35,000. Perks & privileges are almost the same everywhere. they have designated car, house, operator, driver and gun man (exceptions can be there in case of house in big cities like lhr,khi and islamabad)

salary package aaj kal yeh hai 19200rs basic pay + 30% house Rent Allownce + utility allownces + conveyance allownce = R s .25000/-
