What is the starting salary of DMG group ?

Can some body please confirm that whats the starting salary of fresh DMG Officer and there previleges?

Senior members are highly welcome to comment on it...

Grade 17 Officer receives basic pay beginning from Rs: 9850/- per month. In addition to it there are other allowances such as; house rent, Special Additional Allowance, Special Relief Allowance, Adhoc Relief, Dearness Allowance, etc total pay will be around 16,000 to 18,000. Pay varies from posting, e.g. a DMG Officer posted in provincial secretariat in BS-17; he/she will get total pay around 26,000/- including house requisition (if official accommodation is not provided).

crown prince thanks alot but a bit confusion if you have been transfer to another place so your salary will rise but if after 2 or three years again they transfer you to yor initial posting so does your salary effects i mean is that all about only transfers if you have been transfer 3 times in 5 years so ur salary rise or not...

Basic pay and other allowances are same throughout the country. In certain cases they provide extra allowance like in case of posting at provincial secretariat or at Islamabad they will add secretariat allowance, house requisition, utility allowance etc. to conclude starting pay of a DMG officer after training is about 18,000.
