Just wondering whether girls get same posts as men do? I mean can they be posted as DCO or DDOR in districts??

Yes, this is happening.
Girls are also being appointed on these posts if they come on merit.
It doesn't depend on gender that male or female can be better administrators or not but it depends on qualities one has in it.
Just induction in police groups is lesser than others but still girls are joining all groups including Foreign Services as well.

Currently many girls are posted as DDR(R) in various subdivisions of Punjab and Sindh and they have out performed their male counterparts.A former DDO(R) of Samundri,Ms Kalsoom, done a great jobs to indict the fertilizer mafia who was involved in various heinous activities aimed at manipulating the farmers.She withstood paramount pressure but many of the so called respectable dealers have to go to jail for wrongdoing.

Default Women at DMG
There are plenty of girls joining even the polic service of pakistan, let alone other groups. They are able to join on open merit as well as the 10 % women quota, which is why the number of females joining the services is incresing manifold.
girls are joining the DMG service at a rapid pace and they are posted to the field just like their male counterparts. It is upto them to later on cope with the pressures of the field, which they ably do, just the way their male counterparts have to face. Over all, one of the best groups to join for females along with customs and foreign office.
