District Management Group is all about planning the affairs of an administrative unit(particularly, but not always, a district),organizing to create harmony in the management process and controlling the sound implementation of well organized plans in an effective and efficient way through leading by example.

Its my personal understanding about DMG.

the question is what would be his future then? the above mentioned suggestions are assumed but how they are going to be implemented. we still know how honest officers are treated.

u asked the question that how a DMG officer can be honest. i did try to answer that question simply as i could.

i know that in our system its hard for honest people to survive. but it doesnt mean that there are no honest officers in DMG or for that matter in any group.

these honest officers maintain their integrity by following above principles at any cost. even for that matter they get dismissed from their jobs. but in case they remain there, they are always respected and are called by the govt at any time, when it needs the services of up right officers.

When we Are Neonates, do we know our future or think about it? Even in childhood we did not think about it. If our approach will be to find lucrative and powerful posts then we will think about ourselves not country, but we should think about country. Leave your future to Almighty ALLAH, do not plan for forty years when you are not assured about tomorrow. If aim is to serve then you can do this at any post if other........ then no post is satisfying.

i asked the same question from a person currently serving as dc. and he simply asked same as u do any other job honestly. and i observed it myself, people do serve in dmg honestly.......so it is possible.
