Local body system has been actually reverted to a semi-commissionerate system..DMG/PAS is now 70% back to the pre-2001 era.
Commissionerate system is already in place in 5 administrative units and AJK,with KPK also reverting to it after the LG bill there.

Its there in Islamabad,Baluchistan,AJK,GB,FATA and Malakand division in KPK
