There is no comparison of horizontal and lateral mobility of PAS and PMS. In this sphere, PAS has a commanding edge.
Sir.Hamza Salick is an authority when it comes to information regarding service groups. Mr. Waqar Masood was inducted in Secretariat Group, through spoils system, during the era of Benazir Bhutto. He has nothing to do with DMG.
For your kind information, Mr.Afzal Pechoho (Zardari's brother-in-law) is also an inductee into DMG.

Default Pas female officer

1. I have listened PAS officers are mandatory to serve for 3 years after STP in Baluchistan. Please confirm.

2. Does any lenient condition in policy exist for Females PAS officers or they are also bound to serve for 3 years in Baluchistan.

For PAS and PSP officers,3 years service in Balochistan is now required to get promoted to BPS-20.Female PAS officers are generally allowed to serve in their home province.

His name is Dr. Fazal-ullah-Pechuho not Afzal Pechuho.
As far as my knowledge goes, he isn't an inductee in PAS/DMG, but he got some promotion cases going against him. Also his name is bandied about because of his relationship with Zardari.
