Default Period of PAS's STP and Attachement

I have some queries to ask from seniors...........

1-What is the duration of DMG/PAS's STP?
2-Period/Duration of attachment?
3-Is attachment period a part of STP?

Regards

Its the period during which an officer is posted as "Under Training Assistant Commissioner" and s/he has to learn the working of various departments and sections within a district.

Default DMG STP so boring.

Specialized Training Program (STP) of DMG/PAS is conducted at DMG Campus at Lahore. It is one of the best training academies. An awesome curriculum is taught but its too lengthy period of STP kills its purpose. Officers get bored and don't take interests. STP is boring too as it is not as colourful as CTP is.

As about salary of Assistant Commissioner, that is too meager. Officers of 39th CTP DMG gets 34 thousands only. While compared to it , IRS,PCS, and PSP officers get double salary.

Even officers from Audit and accounts, OMG, CTG, FSP and IG gets higher salary than DMG officer. It is because they use govt vehicle and they hence they are not paid conveyance allowance.

DMG was once supertop group. But With each passing day, it is losing its glory. Only its Name exists, it is no more a Royal service now.

@ Redmax,

truth is bitter , bro.

My source is PAS officers. Is CTP more enjoyable or boring STP of DMG/PAS? let the officers from other groups comment overit. On a lighter note, " DMG campus mein Tanga chalana bhi sikhantay hain.? hai na? ;-)..after retirement, is it useful?

Do you have PAS Phobia due to non-allocation? i've read ur posts wherein you are hitting PAS constantly but still its the group opted mostly as 1st priority. Dear ! a little advice, enjoy ur own OMG and make a name by hardworking and devotion to ur group ..its all about internal satisfaction not groups ..

@ Xeric,

Good to read your comments bro. Criticism is welcome. Bro, I dont have any fobia from PAS.PAS was never my Dream by GOD. I do admit that PAS is an awesome group. I just want to tell the truth. No senior PAS officer has rejected my opinion. It is because they know the reality.

Here at CSSFORUM, those who prepare for CSS and those who have passed the written part or those who are under training assert their opinions. Mostly their opinion is far from reality. The seniors dont come here. They prefer FB etc. The malafide opinion or to call it fallacy prevail. It is our duty to blast it and guide our junior sisters and brothers about it.

My best friends are from PAS. They know it all. We often discuss and laugh together. Correction is necessary here. You know about an A DMG or railways Officer, But if you happen to know life of Foregn service men, you will keep FSP on top.

Hence, correction is the need of time. we must support truth.

An earnest Advice to all Written qualifier: If you select the groups, KEEP PSP on top. Not PAS. FOr PSP is much much better than PAS.
