About : Collector and Treasury officer
 

Here is required your help in the following clearifcation, kindly.
We know in any district(tehsil) Revenue department(office) the responsible, accordingly, official are Collector(revenue officer RO), tehsildar(RO),naib tehsildar, kanungo,patwari AND FURTHERMORE, we also know that there will be treasury in every district(and sub treasury in tehsil) in the Revenue office under the executive charge of Treasury Officer(under the sub treasury officer(b-17) in tehsil case) who belongs to Finance department but sits with the officials of revenue department but COLLECTOR RO will be ultimate responsible of treasury(tehsildar(B-16) RO,Assistant collector in tehsil case will be responsible of sub treasury),NOW, my question is that How can Tehsildar(16) be more authoritative than Sub Treasury officer (17)? And why the Collector is more vested with power than Treasury officer, in district case even both belong to different dept, regarding the treasury? And what will be the urdu names of collector and treasury officers? Regards
