Is there any internal posting from Pakistan customs in ISI or other intelligence department apart from Custom intelligence and i&i?

no you dont get postings there. these are separate cadres. the nature of Customs intelligence is different than the intelligence gathered by ISI.

CSS is a competitive examination. your posting in a specific group/cadre depends upon several factors, the most important of which is your standing in your quota group, the number of seats in that specific cadre available, etc.
