Default FTA items list

I need to know which items fall in the list of FTA with China. I'm not a CSS student but this is the only platform where I expect to get some information.
Also, what is SRO?

I don't have any idea about your first query. however I do know about SRO.
SRO stands for Statutory Regulatory Order. Basically whenever FBR decides to alter some set policies abruptly(related to customs or taxation) it does so using SROs. for example recently 5 tax-free industries were brought under the tax net using an SRO. its not a detailed explanation but I hope you get an idea.

AoA

FTA between Pakistan and China was signed in 2006 which was effective from 2007 for initially five years (First Phase). The first phase ended in December, 2012 and next phase started from January, 2013.

Initially there were five/six categories, where different percentage/margins were detailed for import from Pakistan/import into Pakistan.

At website of Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, there are some details of initial FTA and you can find it at this link, http://masoodaziz.com/downloads/file...hina%20FTA.htm.

Current details are perhaps not available at net, for which you need to contact Ministry of Commerce.

Regards
