I don'nt know whom are you talking about who qualify at age of 28-30...as far I am concerned i joined CA after my Fsc (17 years of age) did my BA (private) during my CA and qualified when i was 23 1/2 years of age...yes i took CSS exam when i was'nt qualified, passed my BFD paper during my CTP. I am not sure what people are you talking about who qualify at age of 28,may be they don't have anything else to do in life expect doing CA...and remember being a CSP officer is way ahead of being a CA..No comparison infact.
Dear ASP
We as aspirants have great respect for you but your comment here is in contradiction with your previous comment <http://www.cssforum.com.pk/97592-post3.html> and <http://www.cssforum.com.pk/beginners-guide/css-competitive-examination/19623-whom-may-concern.html> where you said that you had BSc (Hon) degree in Accounting and Finance.

Now you are saying that you have done private BA and were enrolled in CA at the age of 17.
You also mentioned that your STP was held in Sihala whereas the STP for PSP is being hel in NPA, Islamabad since 1978.
Are you feeding ur incorrect information?
These comments of yours are making your claim of being a PSP officer doubtful.
Kindly reply and clear yor position.
Regards

Someone in the thread was talking about civil judges being better than ASP's in terms of perks .. let me tell you that it's completely false. When you are posted as a judge in start, you get post of Civil judge .. then senior civil judge .. then additional session judge etc .. none of these have a car etc .. only a session judge gets a car .. also, promotion to high court judges is rare from the judges .. they are appointed from lawyers most of the times as its a constitutional post ..

while an ASP gets a car right away and many other perks as compared to a civil judge
