Is it possible to join FIA as AD (on deputation) after joining PSP?

Is it possible to join FIA as AD (on deputation) after joining PSP? If yes, how long does one has to serve in PSP before any chances of deputation arise? And is this deputation based on specific procedure/program or only political links?

[B]I'm not sure about AD but Police officers are posted as Directors in FIA. DG FIA was Mr. Tariq Khosa IGP. Similarly, a SSP was serving as Director FIA Quetta. Apart from political affiliation, good reputation is another point for postings in FIA. [/B]

Friends is it require for FIA ad to have 5 years experience in 14 grade ?
