he is right.as if punujab need higher score then u must know that punjab is having 50 percent of Qouta.as i am from orakzai agency and there are 6 agencies and 6 other trible areas in KPK.we fata are having just 4 % Qouta ,but i am glade to inform you that last time the topper of PMS exam were from Fata in KPK and top positions holder were from fata.and u must know that PMS Khyber pukhtoon khwa is same as of CSS.u can chk it same 12 paper same score same syllabus.
