Default Women ASPs appointed in Field

Some people say women are not fit for police job. But police job can be performed in better way by women as well. There was a thread about women to join police or not. I invite the members to share your views about this topic.

Lightbulb women in police

PSP is no doubt one of the best deptts for women as well.

Though the ratio of opting PSP as the top preference is not very high among the female css candidates presently, but it will definitely increase, especially through media.

Police uniform has a very unique dignity, alongwith power, authority, respect in the society & many other advantages for the person wearing it.

Janab insaaf ka matlab ye ni ke NRO ka decision lain ya Switzerland banks se looti hui dulat wapis le aaen. Aur na he insaaf ka ye matlab he ke BB ke killers arrest karlain ya Balochistan issue solve krlain or Osama case ke investigation krlain.

Insaaf yahi he ke jo cases police ke jurisdiction me atain he un pe merit se investigation krain, challan complete krain aur investigation sahi kre. takay mujran choot na jain. plz read about policing what exactly it is...!! it is not all about mention in first para.

If a women can join Army as a pilot officer, then why not as an ASP? But i think Police department in Pakistan is not as Disciplined and suitable as Army for her.A female ASP won't be able to go for this kind of profession. As we all know our police department is considered much corrupt and feudal influenced , so she can't stand before the corrupt part of this society whom have penetrated the Police department. Either she would be agreeing upon with them whatever they would want or she would face troubles to go against their wills and fight for justice, and this would be a difficult task to do.

Kia insaaf woh tha k jub parson raat peshawar main 5 amercians gari main baghair itllah jatay hoye pakray gaye to police unko gari say bhi na utaar saki. Talsahi lena to buhat door ki baat thi. Sirf isliye k woh amercians thay. Agar wahan aam pakistani hoty to unko najany kitnay din police custody main rehna parta aor us waqat jo murammat hoti woh alag. Mujay poora yaqeen hay k unki gari main weapons mojod thay aor woh jis ko chahatay hain apni marzi say marty hain. unko koi poochnay wala nahi.

Ham aaj agar dunia main ruswa ho rahay hain to sirf isliye k ham nay un cheezon ko chor dia hay jin ki hamain Hmaray aakhri Peghamber SAW nay hidayat ki thi k kisi arabi ko kisi ajmi pay aor na kisi kaaly ko kisi goray par foqiat hasil hay. Kisi mulk say sab kuch khatam hojaye woh chal sakta hay lekin agar wahan say insaaf khatam hojaye to woh ziadah dair nahi chal sakta. Anqareeb hay k ham pay Allah ka azab nazil hoga. Khuda ham sab ko hidyat naseeb farmaye.

Yes, its work of judiciary and who is she to give insaaf? Even if we see investigation its headache of the investigation officer to do proper investigation and complete challan so rest procedure is done under CRPC. its work of court of law to give justice then. Its beyond her jurisdiction to give insaaf. Perhaps, its new posting and in early days most of officers are having great desire to be honest and do this and that. Sooner or later, they realise what is the system and then they sit quietly.
