Default Seniors specially PSP Officers please respond

I would like to know that which departments comes under police service of Pakistan? Moreover, can a PSP officer serve on foreign attachments as well as in armed forces of Pakistan on deputation? If so, than what would be his status, I mean if an SP gets attachment with army, what would be his designation than?

Police is force government by Police Order 2002 and certain other enactments. Islamabad Police work under Ministry of Interior whereas provincial police to an extend not answerable to Home Department, however, provincial government has fully control over them.

PSP is an officer of Police and Police Force has its own formation on Division/Range, District and sub-Division level. Police officer can serve on deputation in FIA, IB, UN mission, foreign attachments etc and the later do not come under police.

During CTP all the CSS officers including PSP undergo military attachment for some period (15 days or 1 month) and they are ranked as Captain. However, PSP cannot service in Pak Army at all on deputation or by any other means.
