Default ASPs of CE-2006,2007 promotions

Assalam o Alaikum

i am new to this forum. I have seen on this forum that an ASP gets promoted to the rank of SP within 3 years, but the candidates who qualified in 2006 and join PSP are still working as ASPs. What could be the reason of this ? I request all the members to reply and especially the CSPs.

Regards

It means that they become eligible for promotion to the rank of SP after 3 years but still they have to wait for their turn seniority wise.

Mostly after the completion of their STP of three years, they have to serve as ASPs for three years, means after six years they get promotions as SPs.

It means, that the ASPs who joined the service in 2006, will get promotion in 2013.

Seniors correct me, if I am wrong.
Regards

1.. the same question was answered by me in the following post .. u should have read that before making your valuable reply

http://www.cssforum.com.pk/css-cadre...-services.html

2.. secondly PSP is a small family and i know most of them .. and i am very surprised that your cousin got the status of martyr in PSP and was from 36TH common and i dont know about that .... no PSP from 31st CTP to 40th CTP in my knowledge has been shot in FC and wasnt able to breath .. plz enlighten all the felllow members of the CSS FORUM about the name of your cousin so we can all salute him

3... mr hashmi and basit ... i gave a clear answer to the question ... but as majority of the ppl on css forum are spectators and r nt css aspirants and know nothing and are just interested in news and busy in comparing css groups ... which speaks of our childish approach .... otherwise if u could just see posts of me ... any same person can judge that waht is my attitude and wat is your mental approach

I could have told the name of my cousin who was a retired Captain of Pakistan Army, but i am not able to find the comment i made against your post in which you discussed regarding "bothering" thing.

I think you know where my post is. I don't know anything about you, neither do you about me, but whoever you are, you are very respectable to me and all of us. But positive disagreement in views with someone is also a part of respect. Let me ask you a question in your way, "When the spectators on this forum are wasting their time in comparison and are not aspirants, according to you, then why are you BOTHERING when they are not worried ?"
