Default Physical training
I wana ask about the physical training of police officers in CSA, Physical Training while attachment with Army and in Police Aademy Islamabad.

1) What is the nature of Physical training for Police Officers? Is the physical training of police officers as tough as that of army men?
Kindly EXPLAIN instead of replying with yes or no.

2) What is importance of "sports" at CSA?

I am asking these questions because someone has told me that from 38th CTP physical training is eliminated from course.
I will be much thankful if an ACP also bothers to reply.
