There isn't any special medical fitness criterion for PSP. Medical fitness examination is held much before the allocation of groups and services. No body knows whether you will get PSP or any other service/group. Everybody is checked keeping in view same medical yardsticks. If you are obese you could be asked to lose some weight. And if your eyesight is weak (not very weak) you could be asked to go for glasses. yes, in case of amputation or any other serious medical illness like aid or cancer a person may be allocated to PAAS, ifno and other such groups and services (in case of amputation) or his candidature might be cancelled on medical grounds( in case aids and cancer etc)
