It is listened from many people that a SP or SSP cant serve in his native district during service ...and what about his native Division..?? can he posted in his native division or not during service..??

Aoa, PSP's usually don't get posted in their Native District, except the metropolitan cities. Like if one has a domicile of Lahore/karachi/Peshawar/Quetta, he/she may be posted there but haven't seen anyone being posted in their native rural district and in my opinion nor should any one. Officers usually avoid getting posted in their districts for obvious reasons. And yes people have been posted in their divisions. Mr Zulfiqar Cheema ( Currently IG Motorways) remained RPO Gujranwala and he belongs from district Gujranwala. There are other examples as well.
