Why he changed PSP
 

Waqar Ali Khan who topped CE-2013 is already serving PSP officer, now he has been allotted PAS . anyone knows why he left PSP ?

I don't know about his approach but it seems that after the revocation of LGO-2001, PAS has emerged as the most powerful and the most sought after group because even the Police serve under the supervision of Dy. Commissioners. So that may be the reason. Regards

Has LGO 2001 been completely revoked in whole country and AC gained all lost powers? as last I knew it was revoked in all Pakistan but Punjab,

I also made a post to know about current status in Punjab but got no reply

Acceptance will take place in next few months , but its obvious , he was serving in PSP and still appeared in exams and kept PAS as first preference . he wanted to join PAS, only then he went through trouble of appearing again.

As under Article-140 of Pakistan's constitution, this is a provincial subject so it's the will of the provincial governments that would decide about it. And yes, DP is no more in vogue . Regards

Probably, PSP that he got in CE 2012 was not his no.1 preference for his merit no was 37 and last PAS allocatee from Punjab was merit no.34 in CE 2012.

You are not good at English , so essay or composition may prove fatal for you in 2014
