Hi guys I have a confusion that some ASPs and SSPs have a badge placed on their right side above their name which is called "ELITE" and some of them dont have this badge.. Tell me that what is it? And why some of them are having it? Give me its Detail...

And how many minimum marks are required for Police Group?
