You can take any one. To me Comparative study is bit lengthy compared to Islamiat. However, it depends upon your interest which subject you selects. if you have opted Islamiat in your past study like matric or inter, it will help you here too. Also, scoring trend for majors does not remain same, it totally depends upon how you structure your answers. Hope you get it.
