Comparative study of major religions is only for Non-muslims or ISLAMIAT also!
After regrouping of syllabus by FPSC, Comparative study of major religions has been included for non-muslims. However, I am a bit confused by some ambiguity that non-muslims must have to or only have option of opting "Comparative study of major religion" or they can opt Islamiat also in lieu of Comparative?

You have both the options. You can opt islamiat if not then you have option to opt comparative

Yes, it is confirmed. FPSC has clearly stated this in Revised Syllabus. |

Why are you people asking the same question over and over again? Read instructions in the revised syllabus. You don't need to hedge your bets on the word of members here :)
Can anyone please suggest which subject should opt comparative study of major religions or Islamic studies? which is more scoring??
Seniors are requested to please help.
You can take any one. To me Comparative study is bit lengthy compared to Islamiat. However, it depends upon your interest which subject you selects. if you have opted Islamiat in your past study like matric or inter, it will help you here too. Also, scoring trend for majors does not remain same, it totally depends upon how you structure your answers. Hope you get it. |
