Resurgence of Russia?
 

Currently preparing this topic and thought, it might be a good idea if we could discuss it briefly. Is Russia even resurging because there is a lot of conjecture/debate over it?

Reasons

Currently facing sanctions from EU, US

Because of annexation of Crimea

And involvement in syria by supporting ASAD which is critical to US interests

Russians are angry US deployed tactical nuclear weapons near Russia.

Grant membership of Nato to,Ukarain and Maldovaand georgia which un acceptable to Russia

Even on SCS Russians are supporting chinese and openly saying to US to stay out of the region

This hate against US brought China Russia closs to each other and to some extent with pakistan

Thanks for replying. I'm a little confused. Wouldn't those points actually prove that Russia IS resurging? How do your abovementioned arguments prove that it is not resurging? Could you please elaborate?:)

Bro you search it on internet.i believe in context of Oil crises and decline in economy.the rest is being done bysanctions imposed by EU and US.which is why Russians are playing dual policy here

First they want to earn money by exports of military hardware like 3 billion dollars 24 su35 and sale of,s400 to china and 5 billion dollars deal with India for s400 airdefence system.

Second in between they will slowly enhance bilateral coperation with Pakistan till CPEC will attract maximum FDI and pakistan would be good enough to purchase costly military hardware as well as Russia want to be a part of CPEC.which is why in future china-pakistan-russia alliance would be future of world politics.and with middle east too

And we can see it as India is moving to US via her Defence pact which Russians cant tolerate so Russians too gave befitting reply to Endians by holding joint military exercises with Pakistan
