Can someone share views about monthly [B]Herald [/B]magazine?
Is it worth reading to develop knowledge base about contemporary issues?

It contains some good articles every month but many pages are just filled with advertisements.If you read the opinion pages of dawn everyday that should be quiet enough to cultivate a deep understanding of local issues.

What about editorial and internatioanal pages? Do we read only columns?

Yes,ideally one should go through them as well.Depends on how much time you have.

The herlad is very much informative mag and columns published in this mag are research as well as facts based I often think why people prefer jahangir times.

cost to benefit ratio of herald is high .daily dawn ,JWT monhly is more than enough IF PREPARED PROPERLY
