Default What's up with IK's crimes?

I genuinely need to know the perspective of users here to share their points about current situation of IK... labelled as corrupt several times, though, but having his name heard in recent accusation with Jhangir (spelling?) Tareen makes me discuss with others.

Of course, there were hypocrites even the within the army of the Prophet Muhammad, upon whom be peace. Point is corrupt members are in every party, similarly good ones are also in there. But leader shouldn't be corrupt.

What's your analysis paralysis on IK's crimes ... taking more than required... the bani gala issue and others... CDA taking part in the accusation process... how true is it in your opinion? And why do you think what you think about it?

Any & every point is welcome!

Thanks

Default Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence among 122 illegal constructions, says municipal auth

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration on Monday declared 122 properties in Islamabad’s Bani Gala, including the residence of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan, as illegal.

The CDA and the ICT submitted a report before the the Supreme Court, after conducting a survey of the area, as per the top court's order issued after a sou moto notice was taken.

The construction of structures in zone three and four of Islamabad are illegal as they are in violation of zoning regulations, the report said and added that Section 144 has been imposed in the area

The report also recommended demolishing all illegal constructions in the area.

The court had earlier taken notice on a letter, written by Imran Khan, which had complained about unchecked and unplanned construction in the Bani Gala area, widespread denuding due to large scale deforestation and the pollution of Rawal Lake with sewage.

The hearing of the case will resume tomorrow on Wednesday.

Well, I'm political and a staunch supporter of PTI for years now. I strongly believe in accountability and transparency. Neither Imran Khan nor Nawaz Sharif or any other person for that matter, is above law. Rule of law should prevail. It's pleasant to know that Mr Imran Khan, today has stated to provide all documents in regards to his property purchases etc. Will he be able to prove his innocence will be a big deal on his part. This politics is not bed of roses when you have opponents defending everything of their lords. The JIT on Panama Case could still be fruitful results for PTI. The only thing and Imran & Co needs to focus is to prove themselves innocent in the apex court and let the court decide Nawaz and Co's fate.

That's right! I would like to believe that once Imran gets out of property purchases issue, he should stay focused & balanced. He has roughly a year left to pay attention to the things that matter, such as connecting with people of Pakhtunkhwa and across Pakistan. He has to win their hearts and minds. His target audience should be the youth. Not the ones who attend jalsa just for the sake of jalsa. But I would like him to actually coach the youth and teach how to be a leader. Opponents argue that if Imran is not there, there's no one left to run the party. He should really think of sustaining PTI even after he dies.

These are just my two cents. And, I don't trust most of the Co's with him, particularly the Tareen type people.... He should do cleansing of his members. Safai begins at home first haha new version of a random quote...

What are your thoughts on the people he allows to joins him, without doing intensive search on them? That's how I see, because I believe he blindly trusts people and believe in what others say to him without getting into depth. Trusting helps build relation, but not everyone is trustworthy, just as not everyone deceives.

IK is far better than other two which doesn't mean that he is an angel who hasn't done anything wrong. He has not been tested yet as a Prime Minister so nobody's sure what he's gonna be once he gets power. He does have some issues like party foreign funding, offshore company's tax evasion and now the bani gala's one. His party member Jahangir Tareen got his loans written-off in the past. He's becoming controversial as he spends more time in the politics. He wasn't as controversial as he is now when he stepped into the politics but this is how people change or politics change people.

People like JK Tareen, SM Qureshi are the ones who are going to win him seats. The youth is not the much trained nor do common people living in remote areas see them as we do. Imran Khan runs a political party and he cannot pick & choose certain people specially with such affluent background. Furthermore, you cannot find dry-cleaned politicians anywhere in Pakistan . There are very few you could blindly say they are honest, loyal and committed. Accountability should be done across the board. For us, even if Imran Khan has committed any wrongdoings, if proven in a court of law, should be dealt according to the book of the land.

As far as the accountability is concerned, the following quote by the Holy Prophet (PBUH) sums up.

"778: Narrated 'Aisha:
Usama approached the Prophet on behalf of a woman (who had committed theft). The Prophet said, "The people before you were destroyed because they used to inflict the legal punishments on the poor and forgive the rich. By Him in Whose Hand my soul is! If Fatima (the daughter of the Prophet ) did that (i.e. stole), I would cut off her hand."

779: Narrated 'Aisha:
The Quraish people became very worried about the Makhzumiya lady who had committed theft. They said, "Nobody can speak (in favor of the lady) to Allah's Apostle and nobody dares do that except Usama who is the favorite of Allah's Apostle. " When Usama spoke to Allah's Apostle about that matter, Allah's Apostle said, "Do you intercede (with me) to violate one of the legal punishment of Allah?" Then he got up and addressed the people, saying, "O people! The nations before you went astray because if a noble person committed theft, they used to leave him, but if a weak person among them committed theft, they used to inflict the legal punishment on him. By Allah, if Fatima, the daughter of Muhammad committed theft, Muhammad will cut off her hand.!

@hmKashif I would like to believe that success comes from Allah, not his co. Thanks for sharing the ahadith.

@quantumX yes absolutely, he's not an angel. He's been test with KPK, so I hope that if he becomes PM he'd stay as loyal as he is now with KPK.
