Kindly suggest if JWT monthly series are enough for this subject? Part1 and Part2 including?

Absolutely not.
For topics mentioned in the syllabus use any book in the market as core book which is written according to new syllabus.
For new topics about latest happenings read daily dawn and JWT monthly magazines.
There will be many topics written in the books which require an update every year. Prepare them from core book and make notes of latest happenings in the world. For example you will find many articles and topics written on CPEC in books. When any new information will come, then you can simply add it in previous topic like new contract between the two governments as part of CPEC. There will be many topics which are not covered in books. For example Afghanistan was hit by "Mother of all bombs" in April. This is not mentioned in any of the books. It can be asked as MCQ. You need to prepare new topics from newspapers and JWT magazines. During your preparation and most importantly near exams you can compile all important topics regarding current affairs and can read articles related to them. Like for CE-17 CPEC & Brexit were big deal and papers have proved it. They are still hot topics and many new topics are added in current happenings section of CA every year.

As a core book I am using CA by Waseem Riaz Khan published by JWT. Rest you can add by reading dawn & JWT magazine. You need to prepare this subject from both angles syllabus plus latest happenings of at least past 1 year.
