Question reforms needed in WTO

Current affairs)
A question has been bothering me since yesterday. I need your views on the preparation of outline of the below mentioned question. I want to add that this question appeared in one of the papers of union public service commission India 2018.

Here it is:

What are the reforms needed in WTO in the backdrop of ongoing trade war? What fall-outs of the trade war are imminent on the global financial system and especially on the global south?

(Kindly share your views. In the end we can compile it as an outline to write on the aforementioned question)
