Q#2, What impact global climate change will have on the water resources of Pakistan?

Ans.

Global Climate change is the increase in temperature of the global atmosphere. This increase in temperature results in the scarcity of water. Which affect the water resources of Pakistan in different ways;

Impact Of The Global Climate Change On The Water Resources Of Pakistan

1- Water level as a result of global climate change in rivers is depleted.

2- Future policy prospects for constructing new dams are spoiled and ruined.

3- Agriculture sector is badly impacted due to the scarcity of water for irrigation.

4- Water table is lowered and extraction of water is minimized which create water crisis.

5- Aquatic life is badly imoacted. Also the beauty of rivers is spoiled. And as result the beauty of the beautiful valleys create the problems for the tourism industry of Pakistan in addition to the ruthless spoilage of the Irrigation department.

The Affected Water Resources Affecting The Inter-Provincial Harmony In Pakistan

1- The issue of constructing the dam of Kalabagh is a matter of inter-provincial harmony between KP and Punjab.

2- As compared to Punjab the imposed taxes on the public of Punjab province are less as compared to other provinces. Punjabi public avail more concession in this regard than other provincial public.

3- Based on the water resources of Pakistan the prosperity of the public of all the provinces should not be put as responsibility only on one single province of KP as the dams like mangla and turbela are already in KP.

4- If the future new dams like Kalabagh dam are built in KP. The demands of the KP province in this regard should entirely be met and fulfilled. This will negate the bad impact on the inter-provincial harmony.

Q#3. Why was Pakistan placed on 'Grey list' of Financial Action Task Force (FATF)? What are the implications and what measures should Pakistan take to move out of this list?

Ans.

The international organization "Financial Action Task Force (FATF)" placed Pakistan on its "Grey list" because of including the following reasons;

A) Reasons

1) The careless trend of money laundering prevalent in acquiring loans from the international monetary help providing organizations by Pakistan along with the money laundering in the inland sphere of the state of Pakistan was the most obvious reason.

2) Secondly it was the reason of trading the stocks unacceptable to FATF for trade. The trade of such stocks compelled FATF to put Pakistan on its Grey List.

B) Implications

1) Pakistan after been on the Grey List of FATF , required Pakistan to acquire more loans from IMF, WB, and EU. Which put Pakistan on a destructive track. Faced everywhere with deficits.

2) Pakistan is the target of strict unwanted consequences from the FATF. Which is making Pakistan fall short of each race in the economic sectors of the state.

C) Measures Pakistan Should Take To Move Out Of The Grey List Of FATF

1) Pakistan has to strive hard to get recovered from returning the loans along with eradicating the trend of money laundering entirely.

2) Pakistan has to boost its economy with pure trade free from all sorts of trends opposing the policy of FATF - which is for maintaining the economy of the global states in a very much pure format.

Q#4. Given the volatile lockdown in Inidan occupied Kashmir, what are the viable policy choices available to Pakistan? What can Pakistan realistially do to ease the sufferings of Kashmiri people?

Ans.

A) Viable Policy Choices Available To Pakistan Concerning The Volatile Lockdown In Indian Occupied Kashmir

1) Pakistan needs to move from its stance concerning the Indian occupied Kashmir. And should foster their voice after helping raise the voice for the solution of the issue of indian occupied Kashmir at each posssible forum. This will get spotlight over the issue of occupied Kashmir from the international organizations. And been in spoglight the highlightened occupied kashmir issue will see some bright future , and possibly on time the meliue of the Indian Occupied Kashmir will be changed.

2) Pakistan needs to take help from the international media for the issue of occupied Kashmir. Where the voice raised for the occupied kashmir issue over the international media will be an additional resource to make the resolution of Kashmir issue more possible.

3) Pakistan needs to adopt mediating policy options to minimize the ruthlessness of the Indian army forces in the Indian occupied kashmir and make such options as conditions in this regard. Like forking dialogues over Indian government in organzation(s) possible eachwhere, as it is threat to the peace and a cause of distortion between India and Pakistan. Pakistan instead of speeches in the UN must submit a bail in the UN for the elimination of Indian army forces from the Indian occupied Kashmir. Or then Pakistan needs to send some of its army force to the Indian occupied kashmir at any cost to ensure an atmosphere of security in the Indian occupied Kashmir. Although it is a hard strategy. Still this will provoke the UN interest for the resolution of the peace issue of the Indian occupied Kashmir.

B) What Can Pakistan Realistically Do To Ease The Sufferings Of Kashmiri People

1) Pakistan needs to somewhat support economically the suffered public of the Indian occupied Kashmir. The economically supported Kashmiri public will feel somewhat empowered as this will reduce their sufferings and will raise the morale of the Kashmiri public which will add vitality to this faction of humanity over the earth.

2) Pakistan along with voting in the UN should ask the UN to help out the suffered kashmiri public from its "Security Council" in the different areas and paths of races of life. Which is the crux of resolving the issue of the Indian occupied Kashmir.

3) Pakistan needs to aid the kashmiri suffered public in its each race of life. Pakistan along with helping out the public of the Indian occupied Kashmir in its security concerns should add different possible waves of happiness claiming justice for the atmosphete of the suffered public of the Indian occupied Kashmir.

Q#5. Discuss the stratrgic contours of Indo-US evolving partnership and how will it impact Pakistan-US and Pakistan-China relations?

Ans.

A) Strategic Contours Of Indo-US Evolving Partnership

1) Water Conflict between India and Pakistan emerges, which force Pakistan to abide by what is crucial to resolve the water conflict created by India. This high handedness of India over Pakistan cripples the potential of Pakistan.

2) Also the effect on the bilateral ties between India and Pakistan pose suffrage. The neighbor country India which needs to be in safe bilateral ties with Pakistan, gets affected also. Which blows an air of, contradiction , uncertainty, and animosity into the atmosphere of relationship between both the countries and their public.

3) Pakistan as a result same like India anticipates future fear from each other. This uncertainty can assume any shape. Which in-turn is the risk to spoil positive bilateral hope from each other for a prolonged period.

4) The most prominent risk is violence In Kashmir. Where the Muslims who want to make their Kashmir a part of Pakistan, gets destroyed by the Indian army forces, as a result of the high morale of India escalated periodically due to the US anew ties with India.

5) Indo-US evolving partnership is an intended goal of the India and US to get counter equivalent to the the evolving Pak-China partnership. However the evolving Indo-US partnership is a recent trend of ties, while that of Pak-China has a solid background of experience back in history. Hence the the Indo-US evolving partnership per experience is not that much significant as the Pak-China evolving partnership has mattered.

B) Impact On The Pakistan-US Relations

1) US domineering Pakistan with hardness over the significant geo-strategic location of Pakistan does become an extra option for the US due to the indo-US relations. Which become a serene side-concern for Pakistan.

2) US demands from Pakistan help in this region against the middle east countries. Which risk shaping Pakistan to carve a way for the US. And as result the middle east countries get aloof in relations from Pakistan, and suffer the threats and warnings firm the superior US.

C) Impact On The Pakistan-China Relations

1) China supports Pakistan on each front, even against the India. Which make the region hot hub of related issues.

2) China taking help from Pakistan regarding the US aiming restrictions for the Chinese economy is another corcern in the intended scenerio and a fogfull atmosphere. Where the ties of Pakistan become more strengthened with China, and the US has to adjust itself in such an environment for the future

Q#6. Strategic competition in the Indo-Pacific region is increasingly becoming intense. Define the interests and role of US, China, India, Japan, and Austtalia in the geopoltics of Indo-Pacific region?

Ans.

Interests & Role Of The Different Countries In The Geopoltics Of The Indo-Pacific Region

1) United State - US

1(a); interests of US

US wants to restrict the Chinese potential economy in order to maintain its supremacy over the entire world. That is the reason that US is strengthening ties with India in the Indo-Pacific geo-political region in order to make Indo-US ties counter equivalent to Pak-China ties.

1(b); Role of US

US is supporting India on the strategic fronts as much as possible to make the region a home ground for hot strategic issues with a special focus on Pakistan and the middle east ......along with sub-continent.

2) China

2(a); ; interests of China

Chinese exports to India is a massive hit from the Chinese economy to get flourished. However China needs to keep the route for exports to India through Pakistan. In order to give a high hand to Pakistan over India in the Indo-Pacific geo-political region.

2(b); Role of China

China supports the commercial sector of India. Which gives an extra edge to the monopoly of Indian economy, in the Indo-Pacific geo-political region.

3) India

3(a); interests of India

All is about India in this Indo-pacific geopolitical region concerning a special reference to Pakistan. However India needs to be tolerant to bear this overflow of competitors.

3(b); Role of India

Determined, devoted, and dedicated India to secure its benefits as much as possible is lusting and chasing success.

4) Japan

4(a); interests of Japan

Japan competing with other countries is invested in Indo-Pacific geoploitical region to play as an icon of reputation for Japanese benefits.

4(b); Role Of Japan

Although, Japan does get agree with India on many fronts to promote itself. However, all the fronts favour India more than the benefits of Japan. Japan seems lazy in facing the productive encounters from India. And as a result Japan does seem to fall short due to being more like a one way server.

5) Australia

5(a); interests of Australia

Australia is passionate to act as a playboy to secure its benefits from the Indo-Pacific geopolitical region. Although there is a risk of spoiling the broth as the chest of India is not that much vast to accommodate all the competitors and cater all these countries competing with each other. Survival for the fittest also says that US will survive. However to reach the intended potency of Indo-US ties .....it will consume a lot of time. Where Pakistan would have improved itself to a greater extent. Much much better than India in running race.

5(b); Role Of Austtalia

Australia is more in adding input to India than taking output from India. And the track of ties between India and Australia will stay clear and tight and will be straight if Australia did comply with "less is more from India" in the Indo-Pacific geo-political region.
