You can answer with any format you want. It's upto you really.

Main thing is to ;

1. Stay relevant to the topic. Even if you have to write less ,then no worries. But answer exactly according to what has been asked.

2. Give references. For example you can quote name of any article that you read in dawn or foreign affairs magazine. Quote them.

Maybe , these two reasons were there for failure of soamy students in current affairs paper. They attempted paper fully. And answered everything correctly. But they missed to quote references. And what is an advantage of having current affairs paper in CSS when students can't quote references of newspapers and magazines to make it look like current affairs paper. Otherwise , as aspirants did this time, they attempted this paper like pakistan affairs paper.

For me , that's the only reason so many people failed in current affairs this time. If you can think of any other point then do let us know. That's for everyone out there. They can add up their points.

Yes you can. That's better if you do.
