there is no need to make notes from newspaper. just write down the facts and figures in bullet form. even if u dont, u will automatically remember the facts and figures if u read it regularly.
Salamz,
Respected Sir,

o yeah dear. read it thoroughly. however, initially you will face difficulty, as there will be many difficult words, whose meaning you may not know, therefore, complete reading will take a lot of time. but still dont give up. it will be only a matter of weeks that you will have command over the vocabulary.

then slowly and gradually, you yourself will realize that which articles and editorials are important to read. till then read it thoroughly.

hope you have understood.

its good to be slow. because u can understand the every sentence if u read it slowly. however, you will automatically gain speed once u start reading it.

though i am not addressed or i may not be as competent as Sir Marri is, but i believe some thing is better than nothing. your pace would increase with every passing day.
