Default Can/Should we give the headings?

My question is that while attempting the question in current affairs paper (and every other paper except essay), Can we give the headings? Or for attaining more marks, should we give the headings?

Dividing a question in Headings and sub-headings will make it easy for u to attempt the question in abest way and will also be more scoring.
Must divide a question into Headings and subheadings.
