i don think so PIA/RAILWAY issues appear directly....they could be covered under corruption or governance crises...

Energy crises is also worthy to prepare...

3.Pak-China Relationship(History,PHases,current scenario)
4.Shinghai Cooperation Organization(SCO),historical back ground,current scenario and most important Pakistans role and future membership scanerio.
5.Afghan-Pak relationships and their impact on the peace and prosperioty in the region and the world.
6.Pak America relationships(Especially in the background of OBL incident and the recent ebb in thier mutual relationship)
9.Power Shortage in Pak:Reasons and Solutions.
10.Terrorism in Pakistan and World.
11.NFC award,18th,19th amendments
12.Baluchistan related issues esp Insurgency,baluchs sense of alination,natural resoures like reko dik,sandak etc.
13.Deteroration of Public Sector Enterprises(PSEs) especially PIA,Railways,Steel Mill,Wapda etc etc.
