how to start this paper ? Is there any book ?
 

if any aspirant of css wants to prepare this subjject . What is the very first to be taken . Is there any source excep NewsPaepr. What is the basic thing to be read and rember about this paper...???? waiting for a comprehensive answer

You should study "Jahangir World Times Magazine" .
Monthly current affairs magazine.
Research journals by ISSI (Institute of strategic studies Islamabad)
Prepare the organisations and relations from any good book . Most preferably Dr.Safdar Mahmood's book.
Don't forget to read newspapers :)

at this time i am studying JWT and news paper but it seems this is scattered and i cant manage. Where should i focus as you have mentioned the book of Dr Safdr. Is it a book or monthly maqgzine..;? ... It will not wrong to say that there is no book for C.A :(

You can buy the updated books of Dr.Safdar Mahommod on Current Affairs.
Make a scrap book. write down the important topics and allocate some pages for that topic like Pak india relations, war on terrorism etc.
Whenever you read newspaper of a magazine if you find anything important about these topics note it down or cut that particular article . highlight important part and paste it on the paper.
After sometime things would be clear and you would be able to assemble the ideas and data.
