i want to give some points on the basis of which you can explain the whole question question number 3.

if India get the permanent seat in security council then first of all we`ll have to see what are those factors in which india can use its veto power

India can use its veto power in so many disputes amid India and Pakistan

like
water dispute
LOC disputes
Kashmir dispute
and so many others

likewise can use veto to disturb pakistan`s relation with other countries .

can use the veto for destroying our Economy

as well as can use the veto in the matters of other regional states which can benefit Pakistan directly as Iran`s nuclear program and Israel and Palestine problem like wise Egypt and Syria`s problems which directly effect the regional states .

by following the below points we can control Indian hegemony in the region

Number 1

for controlling Indian hegemony we`ll have to work on friends of friends policy we`ll have to create good relations with India`s friends and in the case of any conflict we can use those Indian friends for controlling the situation

Number 2

For controlling Indian hegemony we`ll have to work with indian Business men and have to involve them in the import and export of our country and have to make them dependent on Pakistan so that whenever circumstances will try to change than they own will try to control the situation and pressure their own country for not disturbing the relations between two countries by any means of veto and other ways.

Number 3

For controlling Indian hegemony in the region we`ll have to focus on our education system Pakistan has lots of talent and we`ll have to focus on our research because now the war is of education and knowledge instead of weapons if you`ll see all the developing countries than you`ll note that they developed just because of education and research .

Number 4

we can organize an organization as the friends of Pakistan and can involve dominant super powers for managing Indian hegemony in the region.
