What sort of antidote is much require for both countries in order to maintain their relations and to tackle the activities and cross border Infiltration of terrorists,chiefly Taliban?

Good and demanding Question.
I believe that the only antidote possible is TRUST.
Governments of Both countries should sit together and chalk out points of difference, shed light upon their possible solutions and sincerely and honestly work to their solution!
