Discuss the successes and failures of political parties in bringing about a meaningful change in Pakistan?
According to my opinion
Succecces:
Democartic setup got a bit relief in the form of parlaimnetary soveriegnty,provincial autonomy through 18th amendment,enhaced NFC shares of provinces,independence of judiciary.
Failures.
Lack of consensus over security situation,no accountability,lack of proper policy formulation, etc.

I saw Sadafnoorelahi answering this question and she really did fine job, I also attempted this question in CSS 2013 and i answered in the following way. but the only thing that I differ with her technique was that we are suppose to discuss political parties as a whole, we cannot discuss their achievements and failures individually.

    • Other failures (poverty, unemployment, illiteracy, inflation, health issues, food crisis, redtapism, unplanned urbanization, nepotism, spoilt system, declining value of local currency and etc etc)
